The DBS Foundation (Don Branko Sbutega Foundation) is a Montenegrin cultural non-profit organisation based in Kotor, dedicated to promoting classical music, supporting emerging artists, and developing transnational cultural cooperation across the Western Balkans and Europe. The Foundation takes its name from Don Branko Sbutega, a celebrated Montenegrin priest, writer, and cultural figure. As the lead partner and coordinator of SynAmp, DBS Foundation brings extensive experience in international cultural project management and a deep commitment to making classical music accessible, innovative, and sustainable.
